Foot Osteotomy System

The Foot Osteotomy System (FOS) can be used for various forefoot procedures including, but not limited to: 

  • Fixation of scarf and chevron osteotomies of the first metatarsal using the 3.0mm cannulated Scarf Screw
  • Fixation of Akin or other phalangeal osteotomies using the 2.3mm cannulated Phalangeal Osteotomy Screw
  • Fixation of Weil osteotomies and other lesser toe surgery procedures using the solid 2.0mm Weil Screw

Choice of Screws

The FOS™ system has been designed primarily for forefoot surgery utilising 3.0mm cannulated scarf screws, 2.3mm phalangeal screws, 2.0mm Weil screw and Nail-plate and screw options.
