Our ultimate goal at OrthoSolutions has always been—and will continue to be—to provide the most appropriate surgical solution for every patient, with outcomes central to everything we do. Since 2015, we have been at the forefront of delivering bespoke, patient-specific implants to the UK Foot and Ankle orthopaedic community.

Solutions for significant bone loss
In the treatment of significant bone loss, it can be challenging for surgeons to prescribe a standard, off-the-shelf implant that adequately accommodates individual patient anatomy and functional requirements.
Traditionally, patients presenting with large bone defects in the Foot and Ankle have had to compromise with a “one-size-fits-all” approach. However, there is a strong clinical precedent for the use of titanium scaffold implants in bone reconstruction, with consistently excellent clinical outcomes.
